| All products sold by Car Audio Discount Plus are new/unopened, unless otherwise stated. |

| Warranty |
| Products sold by Car Audio Discount Plus carry a 6-Month Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturers defects and at the discretion of Car Audio Discount Plus will be replaced. Manufacturer's defects do not include any abuse or physical damage which may happen during the customer handling/installation of product. Returns require an RA#, this number can be obtained by emailing sales@caraudiodiscountplus.com, Please put Warranty in the subject line. You will be sent a warranty return form. Follow all the instructions on the form. E-Mail the completed form back to sales@caraudiodiscountplus.com. All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories, wires, manuals and instructions. Any product received that shows any sign of abuse or physical damage WILL NOT be accepted for warranty return regardless of any other problem with the product. All returns must be packaged properly to prevent any damage in return shipping. All products returned that are improperly packaged or damaged in shipping due to improper packaging will be returned to customer with no credits. Your patience will be required for this. Car Audio Discount Plus will not be responsible for loss of usage of product during this period of time nor will a loaner product be made available. | Refund Policy |
- No cash Refunds. All sales are final.
- All merchandise is "Satisfaction Guaranteed" 20 days from the original order date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. An instore credit will be issued for unopen products.
- For a full refund (minus shipping and handling), merchandise must be in "new" unopened packaging. Open packages are non-returnable.
- Returns and exchanges must be sent freight prepaid and will be shipped back prepaid.
- Defective products returned to us in original packaging with ALL accessories and original packaging will be replaced, repaired, at manufacturers option. (we have no control on this). There is a 15% restocking fee for any new (open) merchandise returned for credit.
- Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranties. We highly recommend having all car stereo equipment professionally installed. No merchandise that has been opened will be re-sold at full price. No customer will ever receive previously-purchased merchandise and pay full price!

| Car Audio Discount Plus is not responsible for any loss or damages associated with the use or installation of products. |

| Shipping |
| Shipping costs will be calculated and added at the time of purchase and will be shown as a line item on your bill at checkout, three UPS shipping options available. Ship To and Bill To addresses must match. Orders that have unverifiable shipping addresses will be voided, this is determined by UPS. Please Check your e-mail regulary after your order is placed to see if there has been a problem. All orders that are placed with non-operating e-mails that have a billing problem will be voided. All verified orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days not including holidays or weekends. |
| Shipping Damages |
| All shipments are insured for damages. ALL packages should be inspected at the time of receipt for damage. If a damaged product is found you must retain all packaging materials and immediately notify UPS at 1-800-742-5877 and Car Audio Discount Plus at sales@caraudiodiscountplus.com to file the damage report. Car Audio Discount Plus will assist you in getting the matter resolved in the quickest manner possible. The customer is responsible for filing the damage claim with UPS. Failure to notify UPS and Car Audio Discount Plus within 48 Hours of the receipt of the merchandise will result in your claim being denied. |
